• Born between 01.01.1996 and 31.12.2004.
(Relaxation: SC/ST - 5 Yrs, OBC - 3 Yrs)
Qualification Graduation in any discipline.
• Medical, Engineering, CA candidates are also eligible.
Experience (Must) Minimum 2 Years Experience as an Officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank (RRB).

6. Selection Process

The SBI CBO selection process consists of four stages:

  1. Online Written Test (Objective + Descriptive).
  2. Screening (Verification of documents and eligibility).
  3. Interview (50 Marks).
  4. Local Language Test (If 10th/12th mark sheet does not show the local language).

Note: The final merit list is prepared based on the Online Test and Interview marks in a 75:25 ratio.

7. Examination Pattern

The examination includes an Objective Test (120 Marks) and a Descriptive Test (50 Marks). The best part is there is NO Negative Marking.

*There is no penalty for wrong answers in the objective test.

RBI Circulars, KYC/AML Guidelines, Priority Sector Lending (PSL), Govt Schemes (PMJJBY, PMSBY), NPA Management, Digital Banking, Forex & Trade Finance.
2. General Awareness/Economy (30 Marks)
Current Affairs (Last 6 Months), Monetary Policy (Repo/CRR/SLR), Union Budget, GDP Updates, Financial Institutions (SEBI, NABARD).

No, employees working in the Clerical/Supervisory cadre of SBI are not eligible.
