Indian Air Force (IAF) invites online applications for AFCAT 1/2023 for Flying Branch, Ground Duty (Technical & Non-Technical) Branches, and NCC Special Entry for courses commencing in January 2024. Candidates who are interested and completed all eligibility criteria for AFCAT 1/2023/NCC Special Online Test can fill out the online application form. Eligibility Criteria:
Flying Branch:
- Candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in any stream or B.E/B.Tech with a minimum of 60% marks and Physics & Mathematics at 10+2 Level with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Entry through AFCAT
Ground Duty Technical Branch:
Aeronautical Engineering (Electronics):
- Candidate should have passed 10+2 (intermediate) with minimum 50% marks each in Physics & Mathematics.
- A minimum of four years of degree graduation/integrated post-graduation qualification in Engineering/ Technology from a recognized University.
- Entry through AFCAT
Aeronautical Engineering (Mechanical):
- Candidate should have passed with a minimum of 50% marks each in Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level.
- A minimum of four years of degree graduation/integrated post-graduation qualification in Engineering/Technology from a recognized University.
- Entry through AFCAT
Ground Duty Non-Technical Branch:
Weapon Systems (WS) Branch:
- Candidate should have passed with a minimum of 50% marks each in Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level.
- A minimum of four years of degree graduation/integrated post-graduation qualification in Engineering/ Technology from a recognized University.
- Entry through AFCAT
Administration & Logistics:
- Candidate should have passed with a minimum of 50% marks each in Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level.
- A minimum of four years of degree graduation/integrated post-graduation qualification in Engineering/Technology from a recognized University.
- Physical Standards: Height: Male 157.5cms | Female 152 cms
- Entry through AFCAT
Accounts:
- Candidate should have passed 10+2 and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) with a minimum of 60% marks.

Education:
- Candidate should have Passed 10+2 and Post-Graduation with 50% marks in any discipline including integrated courses offering PG (Single degree without permission to exit and lateral entry and with 60% marks in Graduation in any discipline.

Meteorology:
- The candidate should have Passed 10+2.
- B.Sc with Physics and Mathematics with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent or four-year Graduation in Engineering/Technology discipline with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent to as per Meteorology Eligibility given in official notification

Flying Branch:
- Candidate should have NCC Air Wing Senior Division 'C' Certificate and other details as per flying branch eligibility.
- NCC Special Entry
Age Criteria:
Flying Branch:
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 24 years
All Other Branches:
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 26 years

- Rs. 0/- NCC Special Entry/Meteorology Entry
