2. Application Fee & Refund Details

5. Selection Process & Exam Pattern

Selection Process: The recruitment will primarily consist of a Single Stage Computer Based Test (CBT) for posts like MTS, Mali, JE, and Patwari. For clerical posts like JSA and Steno, a Stage-II Skill/Typing test will follow. High-level Group A posts will have an Interview phase.

Exam Pattern for MTS (Non-Ministerial):
  • Total Questions: 120 Questions (120 Marks)
  • Duration: 02 Hours
  • Subjects: Numerical/Maths (25 Qs), Reasoning (25 Qs), General Awareness (25 Qs), English Language (25 Qs), Computer Knowledge (20 Qs).
Exam Pattern for JSA (Junior Secretariat Assistant):
  • Stage-I (CBT): 150 Questions (150 Marks) in 02 Hours. Includes Maths (30 Qs), Reasoning (30 Qs), English (40 Qs), General Awareness (30 Qs), and Computer Test (20 Qs - Qualifying).
  • Stage-II (Typing Test): English 35 WPM OR Hindi 30 WPM (10 Minutes duration).

⚠️ Penalty for Wrong Answers: There is a negative marking of 1/3rd (One-Third) of the marks allotted for each incorrect answer.

6. Physical Standards (For Assistant Security Officer Only)

For Post Code 20 (Assistant Security Officer), candidates must meet the following physical measurements:

  • Male Candidates: Height: 170 cms | Chest: 81 cms (Unexpanded), 85 cms (Expanded) | Weight: Minimum 55 Kg.
  • Female Candidates: Height: 157 cms.

7. How to Apply Online?

Step 1: Visit the official DDA website at www.dda.gov.in.

Step 2: Go to "Jobs & Internship" → "View All" → "Latest Jobs" → "Job Category" → "Direct Recruitment 2025".

Step 3: Sign up using your valid E-mail ID and Mobile Number. An OTP will be sent for verification.

Step 4: Log in and fill out the detailed application form. Upload your live photograph (via webcam/mobile) and scanned signature.

Step 5: Make the online payment of the application fee (₹2500 or ₹1500) via Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or UPI.

Step 6: Submit the form and print the confirmation page/e-receipt for future reference.

Q1: Can I apply for multiple posts in DDA Recruitment 2025?

Ans: Yes, you can apply for multiple posts. However, you need to submit separate applications and pay the application fee separately for each post.

Q2: Will the DDA Application Fee be refunded?

Ans: The fee of ₹1500/- is refundable ONLY for SC/ST/PwBD/Female/Ex-Servicemen candidates, provided they actually appear in the examination. The ₹2500/- fee for UR/OBC/EWS is strictly non-refundable.
