3. Eligibility Criteria (Age & Education)
- 10th Class: Must have passed Matriculation (10th) under the 10+2 system with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks from a recognized Board.
- ITI Certificate: Must possess a valid ITI certificate in the relevant trade affiliated to NCVT.
- Note: Candidates whose SSC or ITI results are awaited are NOT eligible to apply. Diploma/Degree holders cannot apply.
- Minimum Age: 15 Years
- Maximum Age: 24 Years
- Age Relaxation: 5 Years for SC/ST , 3 Years for OBC , and 10 Years for PwBD. Ex-Servicemen will get extra relaxation as per rules.

6. Selection Process & Merit Calculation
There will be NO Written Test or Viva/Interview. The selection will be based strictly on a Merit List prepared by taking the average percentage of marks from both 10th standard and ITI.
- Step 1: Percentage of marks obtained in Matriculation (10th) out of total marks of all subjects (not best of five).
- Step 2: Average percentage marks reflected in the consolidated ITI marksheet for all semesters.
- Step 3: Both will be given equal weightage (50% of 10th Marks + 50% of ITI Marks) to form the final merit list.
- Tie-Breaker: If two applicants secure the same marks, the older candidate will be preferred.

Step 2: Fill in your personal details, Aadhaar number, trade, marks, and carefully choose your preferred Division/Workshop.
Step 3: Upload scanned self-attested copies of your 10th marksheet, ITI marksheet, NCVT certificate, Cast Certificate, and Aadhaar card.
Step 4: Upload your recent colour photograph (20-70 KB) and signature (20-30 KB) in JPG/JPEG format.
Step 5: Pay the non-refundable application fee of ₹100/- (if applicable) through the integrated payment gateway.
Step 6: Submit the application and take a printout for future reference during Document Verification.
